Junior Client Manager

UODC Architects is looking for a Junior Client and Project Manager who can build strong client relationships while driving the successful delivery of design and construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing client management, project coordination, and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and ensure expectations are managed effectively.
- Conduct regular project updates, meetings, and presentations.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and project expansion.
- Lead projects from design development through construction completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and action items.
- Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
- Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Work closely with internal design and technical teams.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
- Support collaboration among multidisciplinary project teams.
- Promote accountability and timely completion of project milestones.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in client management and project management.
- Preferably with experience in a Design & Build Firm, Architectural Firm, General Contractor, Construction Company, or Project Management Consultancy.
- Strong understanding of construction, fit-out, renovation, or building projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience reading construction drawings and project documents is an advantage.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
