Job Description

The IT Management Tribe provides technology products and services to the entire HelloFresh organization. Were looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior IT Portfolio Manager to join our global SaaS Management team.

This Level 2 role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and process reliability, helping us manage software tools more efficiently. Youll work with advanced Google Sheets to track active vs. inactive users, validate data, and support SaaS lifecycle management.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain reports on SaaS usage, identifying active vs. inactive users.

  • Use advanced Google Sheets or excel formulas (SUMIFS, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IF/AND/OR, date functions) to structure and analyze data.

  • Apply data validation rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across collaborative spreadsheets.

  • Create pivot tables and leverage named ranges for efficient data analysis.

  • Protect sheets and ranges to maintain data integrity in shared documents.

  • Support SaaS management operations by updating and tracking data in Trelica or similar tools.

  • Interpret data to spot trends, outliers, and optimization opportunities.

  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and proactively solve reporting issues.

  • Automate and streamline repetitive reporting tasks where possible.

Technical & Functional Skills
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or a related role.

  • Google Sheets Expertise: Advanced formulas and functions (SUMIFS, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IF/AND/OR, date functions), pivot tables, named ranges, data validation, and sheet protection.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data trends, spot anomalies, and provide actionable reporting.

  • IT & Financial Awareness: Basic understanding of IT services, software licensing models, and budget tracking.

  • SaaS management tools: Experience with tools such as Trelica, Zylo, G2 Track, or similar is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Ownership & Reliability: Takes responsibility for assigned reporting tasks, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery without constant supervision.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable handling changing priorities and requirements, maintaining focus and efficiency under ambiguity.

  • Collaboration: Works well with teammates and stakeholders, shares knowledge openly, and supports collective success.

  • Communication: Clear and professional in both written and spoken English; able to explain data findings and processes simply.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing data, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring reports are error-free.

  • Problem-Solving: Uses logical thinking to troubleshoot data issues and improve existing reporting processes.
