Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Expert to join our growth marketing team. This teammate helps in reviewing and refining email list segmentation and lifecycle flows to enhance engagement and ensure effective campaign management, while also cleaning up profiles to eliminate duplicates. Additionally, the role includes executing email campaigns, implementing tagging system improvements, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing e-commerce support across various management areas.

Core Tasks

  • Email List Segmentation: Review and refine master and lifecycle lists for engagement filters; clean up existing segments and eliminate duplicates, while suggesting new segmentation strategies as needed.

  • Lifecycle Flow Management: Conduct audits on lifecycle email setups to ensure proper configuration and functionality; implement improvements and manage recurring campaigns such as welcome series and re-engagement.

  • Tagging System Maintenance: Evaluate and recommend changes to the tagging system to enhance clarity and targeting efficiency.

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in deploying email marketing campaigns, including setting up A/B tests to optimize performance.

  • Analytics and Compliance: Monitor key performance metrics and use insights to enhance future campaigns; ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations while staying updated on industry best practices.
     

The Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience with Klaviyo and Shopify. (Minimum 3)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proven experience in executing and managing email campaigns and lifecycle flows.
  • Strong understanding of email list management and segmentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must work EST hours.
