KOL & Influencer Campaign Coordinator (Entry-Level / Fresh Graduates)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution by managing daily communications between clients, internal Account Executives, and recruited KOLs.
  • Direct content creation pipelines across TikTok and YouTube, auditing draft outputs to ensure brand safety, guideline compliance, and maximum engagement.
  • Actively engage, onboard, and maintain relationships with a diverse network of creators and digital talent.
  • Provide client-facing support during kickoff meetings, strategy reviews, and campaign status updates.
  • Track KOL deliverables, manage publishing calendars, and coordinate with Finance for timely talent payouts.
  • Analyze campaign reach, conversion, and ROI metrics to craft data-backed strategic recommendations for monthly client reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing influencer/KOL campaigns or creator relationships in an advertising agency setting (fresh grads with strong internship experience in creator management welcomed).
  • Passionate about digital creator culture, viral trends, and platform-specific content performance on TikTok and YouTube.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to balance client needs with creator workflows.
  • Highly organized multi-tasker skilled in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and project boards (e.g., Monday.com).

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
