L2 Remote Support Engineer (Desktop, Servers, Microsoft365, Security)

This is a remote position.

Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates will have to remotely support their clients IT infrastructure - Microsoft 365 Emails, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Manage and Maintain on prem / Cloud Domain Controllers, File and Application Servers, Antivirus / Security, Firewalls, Local Wired / Wireless Networks, Server / Data Backups and Recovery.

Candidates will be required to document their Clients IT infrastructure accurately.

Candidates will be incharge of suggesting upgrades to latest technologies to help their clients modernise, scale and grow.

Candidate must be fluent in English - Verbal and Email Communication.

Candidates will be WORKING from HOME and will be remotely resolving their clients IT  issues as per agreed SLA.

Candidate should be proactive and quick learner and open to learning new IT skills.

Requirements

Technical Experience: 
Desktop Support : Windows 8 to Windows 11. Apple MAC OSX latest versions  (Must Have)
Server Support: Windows Server 2008 to 2022. Active Directory, RDP Services, HyperV  (Must Have)
Microsoft 365 : Email, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams (Must Have)
Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance : Intune, MDM, Microsoft Purview (Good to have)
Endpoint Security: Anti-Malware Systems  (Must Have)
Backup and Recovery: Monitoring and Fixing Backup Jobs (Must Have)
Firewall : Fortigate Firewall Administration   (Must Have)
Network: Wireless and Internet troubleshooting   (Must Have)
PABX: Analog & Digital - Panasonic (Good to have)
PABX: IP Based PABX Grandstream, Yeastar, 3CX, Avaya (Good to have)
Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Good to have)
Scripting: Powershell VB Script CMD  (Good to have)
Virtualization: Vmware Esxi, Microsoft Hyper-V (Good to have)
Patching: Windows and Application Updates (Must have)

Qualifications:
  • Any Graduate - Any Specialization 
  • Certification: MCP, MCSA, MCSE (Good to have)
  • Microsoft 365: Training and Certifications (Good to have)
