What You'll Be Doing You'll provide practical legal support and commercially focused advice to help businesses manage their day-to-day legal requirements and make informed decisions. Your responsibilities may include: - Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice on day-to-day business matters - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents - Conducting legal research and translating legal requirements into clear, practical recommendations - Identifying legal, regulatory, and commercial risks and recommending appropriate solutions - Supporting corporate, commercial, employment, compliance, property, and regulatory matters - Working with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and other legal professionals - Assisting with dispute resolution and litigation matters where required - Developing and maintaining legal templates, policies, procedures, and precedents - Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments - Maintaining accurate records of legal matters, contracts, and advice - Supporting the continuous improvement of legal processes and workflows What We're Looking For We're looking for a commercially minded lawyer who can work independently, communicate clearly, and provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
