The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: We are seeking a Lead Applications Developer with deep Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement expertise. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on development/configuration responsibilities. The successful candidate will act as Dexcom's Fusion SCM & Procurement Lead, partnering with business stakeholders and system integrators while remaining actively involved in solution design, configuration, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The role requires a skill set that encompasses primarily Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management and Procurement, but also Oracle EBS and integrations to other systems. The role will support the business in owning and resolving SCM-related support tickets and work alongside the System Integrator to deliver projects and enhancements across global Supply Chain and Procurement functions. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship management and communication skills to effectively coordinate business stakeholders, in-house and outsourced development teams, test teams, project managers, and external partners. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging senior business leaders and rolling up their sleeves to deliver hands-on technical solutions. The enterprise applications supporting the core order-to-cash process are heavily integrated. Primary systems include Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS, Salesforce (SFDC/SFCC), Oracle Service Cloud, and 3PL systems integrated through OIC, Kafka, and EDI. A strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Procurement Cloud is essential, while experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, reporting, integrations, and CRM platforms will be highly advantageous. Where you come in: Act as IT functional expert for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Procurement. Support process owners and end-users in resolving production incidents and problem tickets. Work alongside Business Analysts to provide functional support during business requirement definition and functional design. Hands-on Fusion configuration of module areas of responsibility from CRP/PoC through to unit testing. Manage and liaise with Global Finance and Supply Chain teams, Fusion / Oracle EBS System Integration partners, and 3rd Party Logistics providers. Work with Test Team to plan and execute system integration and regression testing. Own and resolve defects raised during UAT. Represent Fusion functional area in IT/business meetings and workshops to ensure a functional understanding of the capabilities being delivered/fixed. Communicate effectively with senior Dexcom business stakeholders, listening and understanding the business, applying experience and business insight to guide strategy and solutions, and becoming a trusted advisor to IT and business managers. Act as a key player in incorporating industry best practices, establishing standards, key measures and metrics. Liaise with Oracle on active Service Requests. Ensure compliance with existing regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR. Nice to have qualifications: Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and/or pharmaceutical or medical devices industry experience would be a bonus. What makes you successful: Minimum 5 + Years of strong experience in functional design and configuration on Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Procurement, or 3+ years in Fusion and 2+ years equivalent Oracle EBS experience. Specific functional/technical expertise in solutions involving: Oracle Fusion Supply Chain, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Procurement, Order Management and CRM Systems and/or Billing solutions. Demonstrable hands-on experience of integrated Supply Chain Systems and business functions in an order-to-cash and order management landscape. Excellent communication (written & oral), interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment with speed and discipline. Confident working with senior management across multiple business areas.
