Lead Digital Events Manager

Job Description:

  • Own the global strategy, calendar, and execution model for Workiva's full digital events portfolio, including webinars, virtual experiences, on-demand sessions, and digital event activations
  • Work cross-functionally across regions to support in-region execution of the digital events portfolio
  • Design audience segmentation, format strategy, and content programming across enterprise buyer personas and go-to-market priorities
  • Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks for consistent, scalable execution
  • Lead vendor and platform relationships for webinar platforms, virtual event tools, and production partners
  • Integrate AI into digital event workflows, including personalization, content acceleration, follow-up automation, and performance analysis
  • Own a pipeline target tied to the digital events portfolio
  • Align digital event programming to Workiva's demand priorities
  • Partner with Field Marketing and Campaign Managers to integrate digital events into broader go-to-market motions
  • Build and own full-funnel reporting across registration, attendance, engagement, follow-up conversion, and pipeline influence
  • Apply attribution frameworks to understand channel contribution
  • Drive channel efficiency improvements
  • Use data to make evidence-backed recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital events, or integrated campaign roles
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in a platform-first or multi-solution SaaS environment, marketing to multiple buyer personas
  • Background in demand generation or account-based experience (ABX) strategy, with a track record of connecting campaigns to pipeline
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to support content creation, personalization, or event performance analysis
  • Ability to influence sales teams on follow-up and pipeline conversion without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ownership of a digital events or webinar program with direct pipeline accountability
  • Experience designing and scaling virtual experiences beyond standard webinars, such as virtual summits, on-demand content hubs, or multi-session digital events
  • Working knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and how digital events contribute to a full-funnel demand model
  • Proficiency with webinar and virtual event platforms, such as ON24, Zoom Events, and Goldcast
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as Marketo and Salesforce
  • Proven ability to build performance dashboards, own attribution reporting, and present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, including clear program briefs, concise summaries, and effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
