Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Lead Generation Appointment Setter you will be responsible in the sales success by identifying and engaging potential clients, creating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team. This position directly contributes to revenue growth by building strong connections with decision-makers and setting the stage for successful client partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls daily to engage with decision-makers and generate qualified leads
  • Research, identify, and target potential prospects across assigned industries/regions.
  • Personalize sales pitches to address different customer pain points and industry challenges.
  • Set up qualified appointments and demos for the sales team with prospects who meet defined criteria.
  • Manage and update CRM records accurately, ensuring all calls, notes, and follow-ups are documented.
  • Nurture leads with professional follow-up, converting initial conversations into meetings or demos.
  • Build a quick rapport over the phone and compellingly position our services/products.
