Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field; Juris Doctor graduates are highly regarded
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 2+ years of legal, law firm, or legal support experience is an advantage
  • Experience supporting international law firms, global legal teams, or international legal clients is highly preferred
  • Experience in legal administration, case management, legal documentation, legal research, or client support is an advantage
  • Experience in customer service, corporate client relationship management, or other client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients and stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
  • Working knowledge of office administration and legal documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • Support the offshore team in managing international legal cases, litigation matters, and administrative operations.
  • Prepare professional correspondence and coordinate communication with clients, expert witnesses, and internal teams
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and arrange travel and logistics
  • Organize, maintain, and update online case files, databases, and internal systems
  • Coordinate case information and ensure timely completion of documentation and deliverables
  • Monitor case deadlines, resolve administrative issues, and ensure compliance with case timelines
  • Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, statistical data, and case-related reports
  • Recommend and implement improvements to office processes, policies, and administrative procedures
