Job Introduction<p>Starting salary for this role is £28,598 (pro rata for part-time colleagues) </p><p>Currently the Recruitment & Retention Supplement for this role is a fixed amount £2,649 per annum payment (pro rata for part time colleagues) </p><p>Recruitment and Retention Supplements are in addition to the base salary. </p><p>This role sits within a well defined pay band, offering clear progression as you grow your career at BCP. It may involve some weekend working, early starts and some late finishes.</p><p>Good communication skills are essential as you will be speaking to members of the public and some commercial customers.</p><p>If you are a flexible, hardworking, team player, who is able to carry out instructions efficiently and is proud to get the job done well, you will be an asset to our team.</p><p>You will be expected to work all Bank Holidays, at enhanced rates of pay, except Christmas Day, Boxing</p><p>Day, and New Year’s Day.
