The Medical Coding role assists and provides suggestive improvements and opportunities under the Inpatient Coding, Outpatient and other coding program. 
 
Who we look for:
Inpatient Coder
      • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medical-related course
      • With recent medical coding experience in clinical/BPO/CPO set-up
      • With active Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) license
      • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
      • Willing for a temporary work-from-home set-up
      • Willing to work in Taguig, Cebu, Pampanga, Davao
Outpatient Coder
      • Must have an active PRC Nursing License
      • Non Medical Allied with CPC accept for select programs
      • Must have an active Certified Professional Coder (CPC) license or Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) license
      • With at least 1 year of Outpatient, Emergency Department, Same-Day-Surgery, and Observation Coding experience
      • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
      • Willing for a temporary work-from-home set-up
      • Willing to work in Taguig, Cebu, Pampanga, Davao
Home Health Coder
      • Must have an active PRC Nursing License
      • Has any of the following medical coding certification: HCS-D, HCS-O or BCHH-C
      • With at least 1 year Home Health coding experience 
      • With at least 1 year of full OASIS and 485 Review experience
      • Knowledgeable in anatomy, medical terminology, pharmacology, and disease process
      • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
      • Willing for a temporary work-from-home set-up
      • Willing to work in Taguig, Cebu, Pampanga, Davao

Risk Adjustment Coder

      • Must have an active PRC Nursing License
      • Must have an active Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) license or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) license
      • Previous experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment is required
      • Strict focus on coding, education and quality assurance
      • Strong experience in roles that intersect both technology and operations
      • Excellent communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
      • Willing for a temporary work-from-home set-up
      • Willing to work in Taguig, Cebu, Pampanga, Davao
