You can learn more about what we do at www.fusiongrowthpartners.net or see exactly what our agent partners receive at www.succeedwithfusion.com/fusion-partnership-in-detail-videos. What You'll Be Doing

As our Listing Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating polished, on-brand marketing materials for our real estate agent partners whenever they have active listings. This includes:

Designing and producing Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House marketing pieces

Creating social media graphics and content for listing announcements

Producing digital flyers for individual properties

Posting and scheduling marketing content across platforms

Maintaining organized records and files for each listing campaign

Communicating with internal team members to ensure materials are delivered on time and to standard

You will follow detailed, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures for every task. Training will be provided. What we need from you is precision, speed, and the ability to work independently once trained.

Compensation & Schedule

You're paid per completed project. Each project type is assigned a flat rate based on the average time it takes to complete at a standard hourly rate — so faster, efficient work is rewarded rather than penalized. There is a 30-day probation period during which project rates are lower while we confirm fit and workflow. Full rates apply after probation is successfully completed.

Typical monthly earnings for a consistent contributor fall in the $600–$1,200 range depending on project volume and complexity, discussed in more detail during the interview process.
