<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $20.00 per hour</p><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>Join our dynamic team as a Livestream Moderator and become the vital link between content creators and their audiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure seamless live broadcasts by engaging viewers, maintaining a positive environment, and managing real-time interactions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in content management, digital media, and audience engagement while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.</p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in livestream operations and on-site coordination</li><li>Monitor livestream flow and ensure smooth execution during sessions</li><li>Support hosts with real-time adjustments, pacing, and issue handling</li><li>Engage with audience (comments, basic interaction support)</li><li>Coordinate with team members (hosts, PMs, ops) during livestreams</li><li>Assist with basic operational tasks such as reporting and documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>At least <strong>1 month of livestream or related experience</strong> (moderation / operations preferred)</li><li>Speak fluent english+mandarine Chinese(preferred)</li><li>Strong sense of <strong>responsibility and ownership</strong></li><li><strong>Execution-oriented</strong>, detail-focused, and proactive</li><li>Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to take feedback</li><li>Commitment and punctualite</li><li>Physically located around Los Angeles Region so you can start immediately after hire</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a <strong>livestream moderator </strong>or similar role</li><li>Excellent <strong>English communication skills</strong> (spoken preferred)</li><li>Familiar with livestream workflows and pacing</li><li>Experience supporting multiple livestream session</li></ul><p><strong>Location: In person</strong></p><p>This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about digital media, community building, and live content.
