Logistics Analyst I

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst I to support transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, customs documentation, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations across global supply chain activities.

This role is responsible for coordinating logistics transactions, managing relationships with 3PL providers, monitoring inventory and transportation activities, supporting import/export requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

  • Managing daily logistics and supply chain transactions across internal systems and 3PL partners
  • Coordinating transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, and reverse logistics activities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with 3PL providers and logistics carriers
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service quality
  • Preparing commercial invoices and other import/export documentation requirements
  • Processing shipments through carrier Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
  • Performing inventory transfers and inventory-related transactions
  • Reviewing and implementing customer compliance guidelines, routing instructions, and shipping requirements
  • Managing transportation activities to and from warehouse locations
  • Monitoring, validating, and disputing transportation chargebacks as needed
  • Coordinating value-added services, rework activities, and execution with logistics partners
  • Generating reports, dashboards, and logistics analytics for operational decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain and logistics issues

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of logistics, supply chain, transportation, or 3PL experience
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Transportation operations
    • Warehousing
    • Inventory management
    • Import/export processes
    • Supply chain operations
  • Experience working with:
    • ERP systems
    • CRM platforms
    • Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines

Flexible Requirements

  • Experience supporting global logistics operations
  • Experience working with consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution environments
  • Knowledge of customs brokerage and international trade processes
  • Experience managing carrier compliance and routing requirements
  • Exposure to inventory planning and demand forecasting processes
  • Experience presenting operational reports and analytics
