About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Long-Form Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention, with experience editing documentary, interview, educational, or VSL (Video Sales Letter) content. This role requires someone who can take raw footage and scripts and transform them into compelling, polished videos that keep viewers engaged from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic sound design, dialogue cleanup, and audio balancing
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, lower thirds, and on-screen text when needed
  • Revise edits based on feedback while maintaining quality
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the final product
