The Role

As a Mandarin-Speaking Service Desk Analyst, you will be assigned to one MSP client and work as part of their service delivery team. This is a full-time, work-from-home contractor role supporting end users and business clients across North America. You will provide technical support in both Mandarin and English while handling a mix of:
  • End-user technical support
  • User lifecycle management
  • System administration
  • Client-facing technical communication
This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy ownership, variety, and solving real business problems while supporting multilingual environments.

What You'll Do

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support in an MSP environment
  • Deliver technical assistance to Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking users
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding
  • Create and manage user accounts, distribution lists, permissions, and access
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including:
    • Azure
    • Entra ID
    • Conditional Access
    • Microsoft Intune
    • SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Support line-of-business applications
  • Troubleshoot VPN, networking, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Work with RMM and PSA tools such as:
    • RMM: N-able, Datto RMM, NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate
    • PSA: ConnectWise Manage, HaloPSA, Autotask
  • Maintain accurate documentation using IT Glue or similar platforms
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required
  • Communicate professionally with end users, clients, and internal teams in both Mandarin and English

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • 2–3+ years of Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or MSP experience
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and Intune
  • Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Professional, reliable, and client-focused
