About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager to drive brand visibility, market presence, and business growth across the region. This high-impact role works closely with senior leadership to shape corporate messaging, execute integrated marketing initiatives, and support regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, and offline channels
  • Strengthen brand visibility through SEO, SEM, and performance-driven digital strategies
  • Utilize CRM and CMS platforms to generate leads, nurture relationships, and track campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data and insights to continuously optimize performance and ROI

Stakeholder & Media Communications

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and media stakeholders
  • Develop and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, and thought-leadership content
  • Support corporate positioning through strategic storytelling and consistent messaging

Strategic Communications & Employer Branding

  • Ensure consistent internal and external messaging aligned with company strategy
  • Partner with senior management on leadership and regional communications
  • Collaborate with HR to strengthen employer branding, internal engagement, and corporate culture initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns
  • CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore)
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly organized mindset
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
