Job Description



Brand & Business Growth

  • Deliver net sales targets and year-over-year growth for assigned brands.
  • Drive marketing profitability by meeting contribution margin goals.
  • Translate consumer, shopper, and market insights into robust brand strategies and growth roadmaps.
  • Drive long-term brand equity through focused, insight-led and disciplined decision-making.


Innovation & Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Lead brand innovation strategy
  • Oversee end-to-end go-to-market execution-from positioning to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with R&D to build and validate new product concepts aligned with consumer needs.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to align priorities, forecasts, and investments.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns.


Team & Capability Building

  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing marketing team with a minimum of 80% A-Player talent density.
  • Foster a culture of agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement.


Modern & AI-Enabled Marketing

  • Leverage AI tools, analytics platforms, and modern marketing technologies to improve speed, precision, and campaign effectiveness.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of brand or marketing experience, including leadership or managerial experience.
  • Proven background in brand management, performance marketing, and innovation strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products and campaigns that drive revenue, penetration, and market share.
  • Experience managing multi-brand portfolios within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly agile, strategic, analytical, and execution-driven.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and modern digital platforms.
