The Digital Marketing function is part of the global marketing team and plays a critical role in supporting inbound and outbound sales activities. The role collaborates with the sales team and other business areas to deliver measurable results through data-driven, creative, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Typical duties

Maintain and optimise the company website ensuring content accuracy and effective SEO/AEO/GEO practices.

Manage digital ad campaigns to maximise ROI and drive lead generation.

Working with sales and product marketing to manage our Account-based marketing execution and reporting.

Administer marketing tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms, ensuring their effective use.

Maintain and enhance the sales and marketing database, adhering to GDPR and other compliance standards.

Create and manage campaign assets, such as landing pages, mailing lists, forms, and marketing automation workflows.

Assist with creating campaign assets using design and video editing tools including Canva and Capcut.

Technically skilled, with a focus on optimising digital marketing campaigns.

Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of the sales and marketing lifecycle.

Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to demonstrate ROI for digital initiatives.

Proficient in data analysis, with advanced spreadsheet skills for efficient data management.

You have

HubSpot Marketing automation and Hubspot CMS experience.

LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience.

A proven ability to drive sales leads through targeted digital marketing activities.

Exceptional project management skills, delivering on-time and impactful results.

Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com.

Experience working closely with B2B sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
