AID PLUS VA is looking for a knowledgeable, confident, and passionate Medical VA Trainer to join our growing team and help prepare students for real-world healthcare VA work.

πŸ’Ό Position: Medical VA Trainer

🌎 Location: Remote | PH-Based

πŸ’° Rate: $8/hour

πŸ• Employment: Part-Time / Training-Based

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct live training sessions for aspiring Medical VAs
  • Teach medical terminology and healthcare fundamentals
  • Train students on HIPAA, PHI, and patient privacy
  • Discuss insurance, EMR, scheduling, billing, and prior authorization basics
  • Conduct practical exercises, simulations, and mock workday activities
  • Guide students during their internship and integration period
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Help students develop professional communication and client-ready skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Medical VA, Healthcare VA, Medical Trainer, or healthcare professional
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare processes
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and medical office workflows
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking in front of a class
  • Patient, organized, and able to teach beginners
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
  • Previous training/coaching experience is a plus
