Key Responsibilities

Patient Coordination

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally

  • Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments

  • Coordinate surgery schedules with operating rooms and hospitals

  • Confirm that patients complete the required reputed company-reputed company and post-reputed company reputed company

  • Explain general pricing, balances, and available payment arrangements confidently

  • Maintain a warm and reassuring approach reputed company assisting patients

Insurance and Administrative Support

  • Process insurance prior authorizations

  • Complete and submit medical claim forms using CPT and ICD-10 codes provided in the patient notes

  • Follow up on outstanding claims, balances, and required documentation

  • Collect patient balances and document payment conversations accurately

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records

Clinical and Urgent Communication Support

  • Monitor and respond promptly to time-sensitive emails from hospitals, operating rooms, and post-reputed company patients

  • Identify urgent concerns and escalate them to the appropriate clinical team member

  • Assist with physician scribing and patient note management reputed company needed

  • Protect patient confidentiality and follow established reputed company procedures

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of Medical Assistant or Medical Virtual Assistant experience

  • Previous experience processing medical claims

  • Familiarity with insurance prior authorizations, CPT codes, and ICD-10 codes
