NetSuite Implementation Manager (Night Shift)

<p><strong>***Note: This position is open to applicants based in the Philippines only.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>JOB SCOPE</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>The NetSuite Implementation Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the full lifecycle of NetSuite solution implementations, ensuring successful integration and driving client adoption. This role leads multiple projects teams, manages project timelines, and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of NetSuite implementations within scope and budget. The Manager will leverage their extensive experience to guide the implementation process, ensure quality, and provide strategic direction.</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manage NetSuite Implementations: Oversee all stages of the NetSuite implementation process, from planning and design to deployment, ensuring all phases align with client requirements, business goals, and timelines.</li><li>Project Management: Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of NetSuite solutions, while proactively addressing potential delays or challenges.</li><li>Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to capture detailed requirements, configure the NetSuite system, and customize modules (such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management) to meet their specific business needs.</li><li>System Integration and Data Migration: Oversee the integration of NetSuite with third-party systems and lead data migration efforts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data as it transitions from legacy systems to NetSuite.</li><li>Training and Post-Implementation Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients and offer post-implementation support and client satisfaction.</li><li>Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and manage project documentation, including configuration details, customizations, progress reports, and status updates, ensuring all activities are clearly tracked and communicated.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Provide leadership in identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the implementation and that the system evolves to meet changing business needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS : MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>6+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation or similar ERP implementation roles, with a proven track record of leading complex implementations from start to finish.</li><li>Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management, etc.), with an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and business processes.</li><li>Extensive experience in requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and testing.</li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both clients and internal teams effectively at all levels.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting concepts.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.</li><li>NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant) are Skilled in analyzing client business processes and mapping them to NetSuite functionality, driving system alignment and operational efficiency.</li><li>Data Migration: Proficient in data migration techniques to ensure smooth and accurate data transitions from legacy systems to NetSuite.</li><li>NetSuite Integration: Experience with integrating NetSuite to third-party systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon Seller, UPS) to ensure seamless workflows and data exchanges.</li><li>Project Management Tools: Strong proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or <u>Monday.com</u> to track milestones, timelines, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Change Management: Ability to guide clients through the transition, ensuring they understand and adapt to new business processes and NetSuite functionalities effectively.</li><li>Testing and Quality Assurance: Knowledge of creating and executing test cases to validate the proper functioning of configurations, customizations, and system integrations.</li><li>Client Training and Support: Experience in training clients on NetSuite functionalities and providing post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.</li><li>Customer Service Support: Capable of handling ad-hoc NetSuite issues, addressing routine problems efficiently, and escalating complex issues for further specialized attention.</li><li>System Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations,
