What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing information about products and services to customers

  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services to customers

  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures


What we're looking for

  • Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

  • No experience required!

  • Willing to work on-site at Techzone site in Makati

  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
