Nursing Aide (NO Night Shift) | Senior Day Care Centre

  • Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and record seniors' vital signs and reported abnormalities to the nursing team.
  • Support nurses in providing basic nursing care, medication assistance, wound care, and other clinical procedures as required.
  • Observed and reported changes in seniors' physical, mental, and emotional well-being to ensure timely intervention.
  • Assist transfer techniques using proper manual handling procedures.
  • Prepare and serve meals and refreshments while monitoring seniors' dietary intake and hydration.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by performing light housekeeping and infection control practices.
  • Assisted in planning and facilitating therapeutic, recreational, and social activities to promote active ageing, cognitive stimulation, and social engagement.
  • Encourage seniorsto participate in group programmes and wellness activities to enhance their independence and quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, healthcare assistants, volunteers, and caregivers to deliver person-centred care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to seniors while maintaining their dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse
  • Able to communicate in simple English
  • At least 1 contract working in Singapore
  • Working hours : 5 day work week, NO NIGHT SHIFT
