Role Purpose

The Senior Paid Media Specialist is responsible for delivering performance-driven paid media outcomes across assigned accounts. This role owns end to end campaign execution and optimisation, applies strong commercial and strategic judgment, and communicates insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Role Accountability

  • Deliver day-to-day campaign execution across paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.)

  • Manage budgets and pacing to agreed plans and client outcomes

  • Write and QA ad copy and creative inputs to best practice standards

  • Conduct query reviews and apply learnings to improve performance

  • Run ongoing in platform optimisation, builds, expansions, and testing

  • Provide market insights, performance analysis, and recommendations

  • Participate in client WIP meetings with the Pod Leader / Client Services

  • Maintain client relationships as the primary paid media delivery lead on assigned accounts

What knowledge and skills are required to be successful

  • 5+ years of agency paid media experience

  • Strong cross-platform execution skills (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic; LinkedIn/Bing as relevant)

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions

  • Strong communication and collaboration (client-facing)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects (at least 5) and deliver on time
