Odoo Project Manager

We are an Official Odoo Partner and Odoo Accounting Expert Partner, providing ERP implementation, migration, customization, and support services to clients across Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, Utilities, Services, and Outdoor Recreation. We've been an exclusive Odoo implementation and customization partner since 2015, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a Project Manager who can run multiple concurrent ERP engagements with minimal oversight, protect project margin, and keep clients confident and informed from kickoff through go-live.

What You'll Do

● Own the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent Odoo implementation, migration and service engagements — from kickoff through go-live and stabilization

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication, status updates, and expectations

● Identify scope expansion the moment it appears, communicate write up details of tasks and client needs and communicate that to our developer team and oversee the work to ensure that it meets the client needs.

● Coordinate with developers and technical staff to translate business requirements into actionable, tasks — without directing technical implementation decisions yourself

● Track hours, budget, and milestones against the Statement of Work; flag at-risk timelines and margin issues early

● Facilitate discovery, design confirmation, UAT, and Go-Live Acceptance Checklist sign-off with clients

● Distinguish between billable enhancements and no-charge defects, and hold that line consistently with clients

● Designate and formally introduce a secondary PM for each assigned client to ensure continuous coverage

● Provide clear, professional written documentation of every scope decision, timeline change, and client agreement

● Escalate unresolved issues or at-risk relationships to executive leadership with a clear recommendation, not just a status report

What You Bring

● 3+ years of Odoo project management experience in ERP implementation, migrations and service work.

● A current Odoo Certification preferred but not required, Direct experience managing Odoo projects required. Unfortunately experience with another major ERP platform such as NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Epicor is not a substitute for Odoo ERP experience.

● Proven ability to manage scope discipline — recognizing scope creep, pricing it, and getting client sign-off without damaging the relationship

● Strong working knowledge of core ERP business processes: sales, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, and CRM workflows

● Excellent spoken English along with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required

● Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously in a remote environment

● Experience with formal Go-Live acceptance, UAT coordination, and change order/SOW documentation processes

● PMP, CSM, or other formal project management certification a plus, but not required

Required

● Background in a Odoo software consultancy or implementation partner (rather than an internal in-house PM role)

● Familiarity with Odoo data migration projects and legacy system transitions
