Your role at Hostinger

As an SEO Specialist (Off-site), you will contribute to the growth of our organic visibility by executing and improving outreach and link-building initiatives. You’ll be hands-on in outreach while also initiating, optimizing, and automating processes to make them more efficient and scalable. You\\u2019ll support collaboration with external partners and agencies to ensure alignment with Hostinger’s goals. Your work will directly impact our search performance, domain authority, and brand presence across global markets. We’re looking for someone bold and creative—ready to go beyond the usual tactics to unlock new growth opportunities.

Your day-to-day

  • Build and manage relationships with targeted media outlets, niche bloggers, and relevant industry publishers to secure high-quality backlinks.
  • Oversee external SEO agencies, ensuring effective outreach aligned with Hostinger’s goals and quality standards.
  • Monitor the impact of link-building on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and authority metrics to guide strategy and ongoing optimization.
  • Test and iterate on new outreach tactics to uncover scalable opportunities beyond traditional link-building methods.
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks in outreach workflows to scale efforts across regions and campaigns.
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as prospecting, outreach follow-ups, and reporting to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Align outreach initiatives with SEO team objectives and company-wide OKRs to ensure measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with Digital PR, Content, and Brand teams to integrate link-building into broader marketing efforts and boost online visibility.

Your skills and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on outreach and relationship-building.
  • Technically savvy and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, especially with external partners.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage projects independently.
  • Proactive, accountable, and driven by results with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across departments and functions.
  • A creative mindset and a willingness to push boundaries in outreach—you\'re not afraid to test fresh ideas and explore what’s beyond traditional link-building tactics.
