Job description 1. Budget Planning: Develop and manage the workplace support services budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. 2. Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and facilitating renewals or modifications as necessary. 3. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations. 4. Project Management: Lead and coordinate workplace-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 5. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on workplace utilization, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. 6. Liaison with Building Management: Act as the primary point of contact with building management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on workplace-related matters. 7. Process and Cost-Driven Execution: Demonstrate a process-driven and cost-effective approach to workplace support services, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. 8. Support for In-House Events: Provide logistical support for in-house events, including setup, coordination, and post-event evaluations to ensure successful execution.

Job requirement 1. Bachelor’s degree in Workplace Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors. 2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in workplace support, administrative operation or related fields. 3. Solid professional knowledge in budget management, procurement workflows and vendor relationship management. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel data processing and analysis capabilities. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate efficiently with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels. 6. Adaptable to fast-paced working environments, capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks and delivering stable work output under pressure. 7. Good team collaboration awareness, able to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external partners. 8. Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English (oral and written), able to independently complete daily business communication and document work in Chinese.
