This role offers flexibility with on-call schedules while contributing to meaningful work that impacts patient care and operational excellence.If you have a passion for precision, strong organizational skills, and experience in medical or administrative data management, we invite you to apply and become part of our dedicated team.Key Responsibilities:Accurately encode and input patient information, medical records, and mission-related data into digital systems.Organize and maintain electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.Verify and cross-check data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before finalizing entries.Collaborate with healthcare staff to retrieve and update records as needed for patient care and administrative purposes.Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA and local data privacy laws.Generate reports and summaries from encoded data to support clinical and operational decision-making.Respond to on-call requests promptly, adhering to scheduled availability and urgent data needs.Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in records, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.Technical Requirements:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical encoding, data entry, or healthcare administration.Proficiency in medical terminology, coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT), and electronic health record (EHR) software.Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Basic knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, Philippines Data Privacy Act) and commitment to confidentiality.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during on-call hours.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with healthcare professionals.High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field is a plus.Apply Link Form Jobs :
