Operations and Administrative Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're seeking a dependable and highly organized Operations and Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our recruitment and internal operations. This role plays a key part in assisting our recruitment efforts, backing up recruiters, coordinating communication, and working closely with management to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

– Publish and manage job posts across multiple platforms
– Support recruiters with daily recruitment tasks and coordination
– Keep VAs and internal team members in the loop on updates, schedules, and processes
– Communicate with clients when needed, in a clear and professional way
– Prepare and maintain daily reports and basic operational trackers
– Back up higher management with administrative and operational tasks
– Help sharpen internal workflows and recruitment processes over time

Mandatory Requirements:

– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – MUST
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Stable internet connection
– Good-quality camera and microphone for meetings and calls
– Professional, proactive, and dependable work ethic

Preferred Skills:

– Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant
– Experience supporting recruitment or HR-related tasks
– Familiarity with online job platforms, basic reporting, or CRM tools
