The Role

The operations executive provides execution-focused support to the operations manager in driving operational excellence, process improvement initiatives, reporting, governance activities, and operational projects across trident Philippines.


The role works closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate operational initiatives, maintain documentation, monitor progress of agreed actions, support reporting requirements, and assist with implementation of process and system improvements.


Under the direction of the Operations, Manager, the position is expected to take ownership of assigned work, manage priorities independently, and ensure actions are completed with minimal supervision.

Duties


Operational Improvement and Project Coordination

Support operational improvement and transformation initiatives led by the Operations Manager. Maintain project plans, action logs, risk registers and implementation trackers. Coordinate project activities and follow up on agreed actions with stakeholders. Assist in documenting business requirements, workflows and process changes. Support implementation of approved process improvement initiatives.


Reporting and Operational Monitoring

Assist to prepare, update and manage operational reports, dashboards and management information. Monitor operational metrics and update action trackers. Assist in identifying trends, recurring issues and areas for improvement. Support periodic reporting requirements for management and operational committees. Ensure reporting data is accurate and submitted on a timely basis.


Policies, Procedures and Documentation

Assist to maintain and update SOPs, policies, procedures, user guides and operational documentation. Ensure version control and proper document management practices are followed. Assist in drafting process documentation arising from operational changes. Support ongoing review of operational procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.


Systems and Change Support

Support testing of new systems, workflow enhancements and operational process changes. Document testing results, issues, resolutions and follow-up actions. Coordinate feedback from users during implementation activities. Assist in communication, training coordination and user adoption activities. Escalate issues requiring management intervention.


Governance and Business Support

Support governance, risk management and business continuity initiatives coordinated by the Operations Manager. Maintain operational records and supporting documentation. Assist with internal audits, reviews and monitoring activities. Support onboarding coordination, operational training activities and employee engagement initiatives where required. Assist with other operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager.


Controls and Governance

Works under the direction of the Operations Manager. Does not have authority to approve policy exceptions, operational control overrides, or significant process changes. Escalates operational risks, control issues and project concerns to the Operations Manager. Maintains confidentiality and complies with all internal policies and procedures.


Measures of Success

Timely completion of assigned operational activities. Accurate and reliable reporting and documentation. Successful coordination and follow-through of operational projects and initiatives. Effective support of process improvement and change management activities. Well-maintained procedures, records and governance documentation. Positive stakeholder feedback regarding responsiveness, coordination and support


Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field 3–5 years' relevant experience in operations, project coordination, process improvement, reporting and administration Strong organizational and planning skills, analytical and problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Accountable, solutions-oriented mindset, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
