About the Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Intern to support our team in governance, risk, compliance, and operational documentation.
This role is ideal for a business student who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in understanding how organizations manage processes, documentation, compliance, and internal operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting research, audits, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives in a professional business environment.
What You'll Do
Support governance, risk, and compliance activities across different operational areas
Research relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Assist with drafting, editing, formatting, and maintaining business documents
Support document version control and ensure files are properly organized
Organize and maintain documentation repositories
Assist with administrative tasks related to audits, compliance tracking, and internal reviews
Conduct research and provide documentation support for cross-functional initiatives
Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Must be enrolled in the current semester’s internship program at their respective school
Willing to complete 300 internship hours
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with documentation-heavy tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to follow structured processes and instructions
Comfortable conducting independent research
Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
Interest in governance, compliance, operations, or process improvement
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Previous experience handling documentation, research, or administrative tasks
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
