Operations Supervisor – Tagalog Speaking

About the Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of: • 50+ female nannies, babysitters and housekeepers, primarily Filipino/Tagalog-speaking. • 3–5 Customer Support team members. • 8–10 drivers supporting staff transportation. • Client bookings, escalations, complaints, scheduling and service quality. This is an office-based operations role, not a field cleaning or housekeeping position. Key Responsibilities • Manage and supervise 50+ field staff, ensuring attendance, discipline, availability and performance. • Build a professional and accountable team culture. • Manage employee concerns, conflicts, performance issues and escalations. • Supervise the Customer Support team and ensure bookings and client requests are handled properly. • Handle client complaints and escalations professionally and find practical solutions. • Prepare and monitor daily staff and driver schedules. • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations and operational emergencies. • Coordinate staff transportation and driver schedules. • Conduct team meetings, training, briefings and performance reviews. • Monitor staff attendance, availability and compliance with company procedures. • Use CRM systems, scheduling platforms and online tools to manage operations. • Identify operational problems and improve processes. • Maintain high standards of client service and employee conduct. • Ensure company policies and applicable UAE requirements are followed. • Who We Are Looking For Please Read Before Applying We are a growing Dubai-based company providing babysitting, nanny, and cleaning services. We are looking for a mature, confident, and hands-on Operations Supervisor to manage our customer support operations and a large team of female Filipino staff. This is a people-management role. You will be dealing daily with employees, clients, customer complaints, scheduling issues, and operational challenges. Tagalog speaking is strongly preferred.

We are looking for someone who is: • Mature, confident and responsible. • Comfortable managing a large team of female Filipino employees. • Confident dealing with clients, complaints, escalations and difficult situations. • Firm but fair when managing employee performance and conduct. • Able to make decisions quickly and remain calm under pressure. • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple issues at the same time. • Strong in communication, follow-up and problem-solving. • Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, email and online scheduling tools. • Able to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions. Required Experience • 2–6 years of UAE work experience – Mandatory. • Previous experience in operations, supervision or people management – Mandatory. • Experience managing Filipino/Tagalog-speaking staff is strongly preferred. • Experience in babysitting, nanny, domestic staffing, housekeeping, cleaning, home-care, hospitality or similar service businesses is strongly preferred. • Experience managing 50+ employees is a strong advantage. • Experience managing a Customer Support/Customer Service team is an advantage. • Tagalog speaking is strongly preferred. • Good English communication skills are required. Important • This position is not suitable for someone looking for a routine administrative role. • You will be expected to actively manage people, solve problems, handle clients, control daily operations and take responsibility for the performance of the team. • Candidates with more than 10 years of experience are not our target profile for this position. We are specifically looking for someone with 2–6 years of UAE experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
