## Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator (Remote - Philippines) Kindred Bravely is looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day business functionality as it relates to operations and inbound and outbound logistics within our global supply chain. Trusted by millions of moms since 2015, Kindred Bravely designs maternity, postpartum, breastfeeding, and baby essentials that prioritize comfort and intuitive function. ### What this role covers You will work across product, purchasing, inventory, inbound receiving, and outbound issue resolution to keep our supply chain accurate and responsive. Specific responsibilities include: - Maintain accurate product and purchase order data within Net. Suite. - Open new purchase orders based on approved production plans. - Validate purchase order details (quantities, pricing, dates, terms, SKUs) for accuracy. - Ensure finalized purchase orders are properly communicated to warehouse partners for receiving. - Support updates or revisions to POs as production timelines shift. You will also monitor inventory and channel availability: - Monitor inventory availability across Shopify, Amazon, wholesale, and other sales channels. - Ensure inventory is accurately reflected in Net. Suite and downstream systems. Inbound and receiving coordination is part of the day-to-day: - Coordinate with warehouse partners to confirm receipt of inbound shipments. - Validate receiving documentation and ensure accurate system updates. - Assist in resolving inbound discrepancies or receiving variances. When outbound issues occur, you will manage resolution efforts: - Manage one-off outbound order issues, including shipment exceptions, allocation discrepancies, or fulfillment errors. - Partner with Customer Care and warehouse teams to resolve order-related concerns quickly and accurately. - Escalate recurring issues and recommend process improvements. You will also support systems and operational integrity: - Support ongoing system integrity across Net. Suite and connected platforms. - Assist with data audits, reporting, and reconciliation processes. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual errors. ### Who should apply We're looking for candidates with 1-3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. You should have experience working in ERP systems (Net. Suite strongly preferred) and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external warehouse partners. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management are essential. Problem-solving ability, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, a proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day execution are all explicitly called out.
