Owner OR Writer

Role Description The Owner/Writer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Parañaque, combining responsibilities in content creation and day-to-day business operations. The person in this role will plan, write, and revise various types of content, such as articles, marketing copy, and informational materials, ensuring consistency with the company’s tone and objectives.

Daily tasks may include brainstorming topics, conducting basic research, organizing content calendars, coordinating with any collaborators or vendors, and reviewing materials for clarity and accuracy. The role also involves overseeing small-scale business activities, such as tracking projects, maintaining documentation, and supporting client communication. The successful candidate will take ownership of both creative output and operational efficiency to help drive the company’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and editing abilities, with attention to grammar, clarity, and tone across different content types.
  • Ability to conduct research and transform information into accurate, engaging, and reader-friendly content.
  • Basic understanding of content planning and organization, including maintaining schedules and managing multiple projects.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, partners, and any team members on-site.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle both creative work and daily operational tasks.
  • Comfort working on-site in Parañaque and taking initiative in a small, growing business environment.
  • Relevant experience in writing, content creation, or small business operations is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required.
