Their culture is built on curiosity, courage, creativity, and inclusion, encouraging every team member to learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas to life.<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>We are looking for a <strong>Packaging Graphic Designer with strong vector illustration skills </strong>to support the internal creative team across licensed sticker design, packaging artwork, final art, and packaging mock-ups.<br><br>The ideal candidate has strong experience in packaging graphic design, print-ready artwork preparation, dielines, and production file setup, with the ability to create or refine clean vector illustrations for licensed stickers, decals, product graphics, and related consumer product artwork.<br><br>This role is best suited for a designer who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with brand guidelines and licensed assets, and capable of preparing polished, production-ready files for internal review, client approval, and factory handoff.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Packaging Artwork Creation: Lead the creation, refinement, and adaptation of packaging artwork across multiple product lines, based on project requirements, creative direction, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Packaging Mock-Ups (Pack Mocks): Develop and produce packaging mock-ups to support internal reviews, sales presentations, and retailer submissions.</li><li>Final Art (FA) Preparation: Prepare production-ready final art files for factory handoff, ensuring accuracy, quality, dieline alignment, and correct file formatting.</li><li>Artwork Revisions & Version Control: Manage artwork updates and revisions across packaging formats, ensuring version control and file accuracy throughout the production cycle.</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders and production teams to ensure packaging artwork meets brief, brand, and technical requirements.</li><li>Licensed Sticker Artwork Support: Create, adapt, and refine licensed sticker designs, decals, and vector-based artwork while ensuring alignment with brand and licensing requirements.</li><li>Sticker Design Support: Support the internal design team with overflow sticker and license artwork output across multiple styles, themes, and product lines.</li><li>Brand Guideline Compliance: Ensure all packaging and sticker artwork follows licensed brand guidelines, internal creative direction, and technical production requirements.</li><li>File Organization & Version Control: Maintain organized design files, follow naming conventions, and ensure updated versions are easy to access, review, and hand over.</li><li>Quality Control: Review artwork for consistency, visual appeal, technical accuracy, print readiness, and overall production quality.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Competencies And Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Must-Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience as a Packaging Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of consumer product, toy, or FMCG packaging work.</li><li>Demonstrated experience producing final art (FA) and packaging mock-ups for physical products.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.</li><li>Solid understanding of print production, dielines, bleed, trim, color modes, layers, links, and production file setup.</li><li>Solid vector illustration skills, with the ability to adapt and refine existing character or graphic artwork into clean, production-ready vector files.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work quickly without compromising standards.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice-to-Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience designing for toys, kids’ products, stationery, novelty items, collectibles, or consumer goods.</li><li>Experience working within licensee brand guidelines or licensor style guides.</li><li>Familiarity with sticker design, decal, or label artwork for physical products.</li><li>Experience with AI image generation tools or AI-assisted design workflows..<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Qualities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with an interest in toys, entertainment and digital marketing.</li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong><ul><li>100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere in the Philippines.</li><li>Career Growth Opportunities – Gain hands-on experience, and continuous learning.</li><li>Collaborative & Innovative Team – Work alongside skilled professionals who value excellence.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Application Process<br><br></strong>We understand that searching for a new job can be challenging, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
