Paid Media/Digital Marketing Manager (Lifestyle Brand)

Position : Digital Marketing Manager

Salary : Php 35,000 - Php 45,000 ( Part time - 25 hrs)

$1,800 - $2,300 NZD a month (if full time)

Working Hours & Conditions : NZ Hours (from 10am) - 25 hours per week to begin with

Holidays : Public holidays in NZ

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Paid advertising will be the immediate priority. The successful candidate will initially review and optimize our existing Meta and Google advertising setup, identify opportunities to improve performance and ROI, and help prepare the business for its upcoming summer launch and peak trading season.

Beyond paid media, this will develop into a broader digital marketing role covering social media strategy and scheduling, Klaviyo email marketing, Shopify website maintenance, and graphic design.

This is a hands-on execution role suited to an experienced e-commerce marketer who can step into an existing environment, identify what can be improved, and start delivering with minimal training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Meta & Google Ads Management (Primary Focus)
  • Review and audit the existing Meta Ads and Google Ads setup
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign structure, targeting, creative, tracking, and performance
  • Build, manage, and continually optimise paid advertising campaigns
  • Manage audience targeting, remarketing, and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Conduct ongoing creative, audience, and campaign testing
  • Monitor advertising spend and optimise towards improved ROAS and profitability
  • Ensure appropriate conversion tracking and attribution are in place
  • Develop paid media strategies for key promotional and seasonal periods
  • Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, learnings, and recommended next steps
Seasonal Campaign Planning
  • Help prepare the digital marketing strategy for the September/October summer launch
  • Develop campaigns leading into the peak trading period beginning in November
  • Coordinate digital activity for Black Friday, Christmas, and the New Zealand summer season
  • Maintain a promotional calendar across advertising, social media, email, and website activity
  • Ensure consistent messaging and creative across all customer touchpoints
  • Use off-season periods to test, optimise, and prepare campaigns ahead of peak demand
Email Marketing & Klaviyo
  • Review and audit existing Klaviyo flows and campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve email open rates, engagement, and conversions
  • Build and optimise automated customer journeys
  • Develop email campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity
  • Improve customer segmentation and personalisation
  • Monitor email performance and continually test subject lines, content, timing, and offers
  • Support customer retention and repeat purchases through effective lifecycle marketing
Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Develop and maintain a structured organic social media strategy
  • Create and manage social media content calendars
  • Schedule and publish consistent content across relevant platforms
  • Coordinate organic content with paid advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to grow the company's community and social following
  • Monitor content performance and continually refine the strategy based on engagement
Graphic Design & Creative Support
  • Create engaging digital assets for social media, paid advertising, email, and website campaigns
  • Adapt creative for different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives
  • Develop promotional graphics for seasonal campaigns and product launches
  • Work within the established visual identity
  • Continually test different creative approaches to improve paid and organic performance
  • Support basic content editing and production where required
Shopify Website Management
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance of the Shopify e-commerce website
  • Update products, imagery, promotional content, banners, and collections
  • Build and update landing pages for campaigns and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure website messaging aligns with current advertising and email campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey and conversion rate
  • Maintain a high-quality online experience for company's global customer base
Reporting & Optimization
  • Track performance across Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social media
  • Prepare regular, easy-to-understand performance reports
  • Monitor key metrics including ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, email engagement, and online revenue
  • Identify what is and isn't working and recommend practical improvements
  • Use data to guide future advertising and campaign decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads for e-commerce brands
  • Strong track record of improving paid media performance and ROI
  • Experience auditing and optimising existing advertising accounts
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, audiences, remarketing, and campaign optimisation
  • Experience using Klaviyo for email campaigns, flows, segmentation, and automation
  • Experience managing or maintaining Shopify e-commerce websites
  • Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and content planning
  • Graphic design capability for social, advertising, and digital campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting e-commerce marketing data
  • Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal training or supervision

  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns
  • Understanding of e-commerce conversion rate optimisation
  • Experience supporting wholesale and retail brands alongside e-commerce
