Job Description

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for high‑consideration products with complex customer journeys, ensuring a deep understanding of user behavior and conversion drivers.
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid social campaigns across multiple industries, drawing on at least 3 years of professional Meta Ads experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets of varying sizes, from smaller test budgets to large-scale campaigns, ensuring efficiency and strong performance.
  • Apply both analytical and creative thinking to campaign strategy, including audience targeting, messaging, and performance optimization.
  • Continuously analyze performance data, identify insights, and proactively test new approaches to improve results.
  • Stay curious and up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, actively seeking opportunities to learn and improve.
  • Collaborate closely with a remote, high-performing team, contributing positively to team culture and participating in occasional in-person team meetups and global offsites.

The Successful Applicant

  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and clients.
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing Meta Ads and at least 1 year of hands-on experience running TikTok Ads, beyond basic post boosting.
  • Proven experience analyzing audience insights, traffic data, and channel performance, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM tracking, and related analytics and tracking tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect performance data to broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working extensively with data, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  • A reliable subject-matter expert who can confidently provide insights and answers during discussions and meetings.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data, reporting, and campaign setup.
  • Able to work during UK business hours, with flexibility, to support collaboration and attend key meetings.
