Earn 7,000 PHP per week (350 PHP/hour for 20 hours) as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to an Australian business. We're seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with proven administrative experience to ensure efficient operations and maintain immaculate systems.

We are looking for an independent and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and maintaining efficient administrative processes, confidently handling inquiries, and ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

* Independently manage and maintain organized administrative systems and processes.

* Handle data entry, document management, and filing with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

* Draft, proofread, and prepare professional communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.

* Prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines effectively, and ensure timely completion of all assignments.

* Provide proactive support, anticipate administrative needs, and efficiently resolve issues without direct supervision.

* Conduct research and compile information as required to support business operations.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Experience):

* 2+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrator, or in a similar professional role.

* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

* Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently, problem-solve proactively, and take initiative.

* Experience with data entry and implementing efficient document management practices.

* A professional, reliable, and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

* Prior experience supporting remote teams or Australian businesses.

* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to improve productivity and automate tasks.
