Part-Time College Faculty (B.S. Multimedia Arts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop course materials and instructional plans for assigned courses in Multimedia Arts.
  • Provide a holistic classroom management approach to assigned courses, both for classroom or online setting.
  • Conduct assessments of student learning and provide timely feedback to students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
  • Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field of Information Technology.
  • Mentor and advise students on academic and career issues.
  • Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Previous experience teaching undergraduate courses in Multimedia Arts or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has a great passion for teaching and mentoring students in Multimedia Arts.
  • Commitment to staying current in the field of Multimedia Arts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve student learning outcomes.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, and other multimedia arts software is a plus.
