Part-Time College Faculty (B.S. Multimedia Arts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop course materials and instructional plans for assigned courses in Multimedia Arts.
- Provide a holistic classroom management approach to assigned courses, both for classroom or online setting.
- Conduct assessments of student learning and provide timely feedback to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field of Information Technology.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career issues.
- Participate in curriculum development and review processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
Qualification:
- Master's degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching undergraduate courses in Multimedia Arts or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a great passion for teaching and mentoring students in Multimedia Arts.
- Commitment to staying current in the field of Multimedia Arts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve student learning outcomes.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, and other multimedia arts software is a plus.
