Part-Time NetSuite Help Desk Administrator (Remote – Manila, Philippines)
About the Role
We're hiring a part-time NetSuite Help Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for day-to-day NetSuite support across our team. You'll resolve user issues, keep the system running smoothly, and handle routine administration. This is a remote role for a Philippines-based professional who can work aligned to US business hours.
What You'll Do
- Serve as first-line support for NetSuite users: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Manage user access: create and maintain roles, permissions, and user records.
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and reminders for end users.
- Configure and adjust workflows, custom fields, forms, and basic customizations.
- Document processes, known issues, and how-to guides for users and internal reference.
- Monitor system health, run routine data checks, and support data imports/exports (CSV).
- Assist with testing after updates, releases, and configuration changes.
- Track ticket volume and resolution times, and flag recurring issues for permanent fixes.
What You Need
- 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
- Solid, independent command of roles/permissions, saved searches, workflows, custom fields/forms, and CSV imports.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-minded, patient approach with end users.
- Clear written and spoken English; comfortable supporting a US-based team.
- Reliable home internet and a work setup suitable for a remote night-shift schedule.
- Ability to work independently, document your work, and manage a ticket queue.
Nice to Have
- NetSuite Administrator certification (or SuiteFoundation).
- Experience with SuiteScript, advanced workflows, or third-party integrations.
- Prior help desk / IT support experience in a remote or BPO setting.
