Job Function:

  • Permanent Work from Home (Part time or Full time)
  • Will just email CVs for various positions to the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Team
  • 1,500 per successful referral given the following week via bank transfer (please open Robinsons bank atm account)
  • Our team will inform you ASAP once your referred candidate has been hired by our client
Referral Fee Per Successful Hire: 1st-4th hire: 1,500 Php per successful hire, tax free (Increased from 1,000 Php to 1,500 Php)

5th hire: 3,000 Php

6th hire onwards: 1,500 Php

Before: Php 1,000 + Php 500 Load and Internet Allowance

Now: Php 1,500

Sample Computation: Before 5 HIRES 3x 1,000 = Php 5,000 + Php 500 Allowance (TOTAL TAKE HOME: Php 5,500)

Sample Computation: Now 3 HIRES 4x 1,500 = Php 6,000 / 5th hire: Php 3,000 (TOTAL TAKE HOME: Php 9,000)

Requirements:

  • Since the task is to just refer or email us resumes for our further evaluation, we are not strict on educational attainment
  • Must be passionate in sourcing / recruitment
  • Must be submissive and committed. Should be consistent in sending us CVs (You can source applicants from facebook)
Note: 1,500 per successful referral is the ONLY fee we can provide (Plus bonuses, see chart above). No base pay. This is purely commission-based but if you're good, we can eventually absorb you to become one of our official employees in Dempsey with basic pay, 13th month and incentives.
