Profile Requirements: Minimum 3 Years of Experience: At least three years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment scheduling, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results. Music Industry Knowledge: Experience in or a strong passion for the music industry is highly desirable, with the ability to relate to and engage with clients in this sector. Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging, persuading, and building rapport with potential clients. B2C Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting targets. Preferred Music Industry Experience: Previous experience within the music industry is highly preferred, offering a deeper understanding of the market and client needs. Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple leads, schedules, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Administrative Competence: Competence in performing administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing paperwork, to support overall team efficiency.

Core responsibilities: Lead Follow-Up: Promptly follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, ensuring all communications are timely, professional, and aligned with company standards. Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential as clients, focusing on maximizing conversion rates. Sales Meeting Coordination: Schedule sales meetings between qualified leads and the onshore sales team, efficiently coordinating calendars and managing all logistical details. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and follow-up activities within the CRM system, ensuring seamless data tracking. Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team by preparing detailed client information, meeting agendas, and relevant materials to ensure productive sales meetings. Client Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues that arise during the lead generation and appointment scheduling process, ensuring a positive client experience. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing paperwork, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible. Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead status, appointment outcomes, and other relevant metrics to the sales team and management, ensuring transparency and alignment. Timetable Management: Utilize experience with timetable management, particularly in an education, training, or class-based business, to organize and optimize schedules effectively.
