This role involves maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and supporting both internal service departments and external customers</p><p><span><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)</span></p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p><span>Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing </span></p></li><li><p>Interact with customers to answer questions about parts availability or to fulfill parts orders.</p></li><li><p><span>Ability to obtain and prepare parts quotes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with vendors for company and customer owned equipment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confirm invoice accuracy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinating with the Service departments and delivery schedules</span></p></li><li><p>The assistant may be responsible for obtaining and preparing parts quotes for customers or internal teams</p></li></ul><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong><p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
