Philippines VA – GHL Funnel Builder & Systems Support (Ongoing, Part-Time)

We're a marketing agency working with dental clients, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our backend systems.

What you'll be doing:

- Duplicating and customizing pre-built GoHighLevel funnels/landing pages for new client accounts, following our brand guidelines

- Setting up and adjusting automations, workflows, and forms/surveys inside GoHighLevel

- Reviewing and quality-checking existing client accounts to confirm funnels, automations, and forms are working correctly

- Making quick fixes or tweaks when something isn't functioning as expected

What we're looking for:

- Solid hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, automations, surveys/forms) — this is the most important requirement!!!

- Comfortable working independently with clear instructions, but will ask questions when something is unclear

- Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

- Detail-oriented — you catch things that are broken or off-brand before we do

Pay: $4–$8/hr, depending on experience. This is an ongoing, part-time role with the opportunity for more hours as our client base grows.
