Phone Sales VA - Hourly + Weekly Sales Bonuses

We are a training and seminar company teaching entrepreneurs about investing in Multi-Family Real Estate. Based in Houston, TX, the company was formed in 2007 and has been one of the fastest growing companies, recognized by INC Magazine.

Responsibilities:

-Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

-Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities

-Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct outbound communications (phone, text and email).

-Achieve sales goals by assessing current client goals and following a defined selling process.

-Outbound calling role making 70-100 dials per day to WARM leads.

What you need:

- A minimum of 1 year of outbound phone sales experience

- Proven track record of closing sales

- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (Zoho)

- Personal integrity

- Must be fluent in English

- Must be available to call from 9am-6pm CST
