As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products according to order specifications. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency, reliability, and precision are critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Operate handheld scanners and follow digital picking instructions.
  • Check products for quality, quantity, and condition.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Ensure packaging is secure and meets shipment requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
  • Follow company policies and health & safety standards at all times.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 40–48 hours per week.
  • Shift Patterns: Day shifts, evening shifts, weekend rotations available.
