Polish Customer Support for Netflix - Athens (remote within Greece)

About the position

This role involves being the first point of contact between Polish customers and Netflix, representing the company and providing professional technical support for various inquiries. These inquiries can range from payment issues, launching new series, forgotten passwords, error messages, and account sharing. The position requires a problem-solving individual with a positive attitude, and comprehensive training will be provided before customer interaction begins.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of support to our customers via phone and email on a range of issues
  • Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper procedures
  • Build a meaningful relationship, answering customers' questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
  • Create a great customer experience that people value and we are proud of
  • Be responsible for following the direction of the management and providing feedback

Requirements

  • Native level of Polish (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English (B2)
  • Basic understanding and level of computer handling skills
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Desire to learn and advance, and be a curious investigator and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills
  • Attentive listening skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship building skills
  • European passport

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
