PPC Specialist (Meta Ads)

Role: Meta Ads Specialist

Location: Remote

Hours: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM CST

USD Salary: $1,800 – $2,500/month

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to enhance our team. This role demands a candidate proficient in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across a diverse client base. It's essential to have a solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and the Meta Business Suite.

The ideal candidate should be results-driven with a proven ability to create successful ad campaigns and enhance organic social media engagement. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable in client-facing roles, regularly interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting campaign results and strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

Campaign Development and Management:

  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Manage 25+ ad accounts, ensuring optimal structure and performance.
  • Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection.
Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze performance data to drive campaign improvements.
  • Present detailed campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
Client Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with clients to align campaign goals, audiences, and budgets.
  • Ensure quality assurance for ads, targeting accuracy, and correct landing page links.
  • Boost organic content on client pages.
Meta Pixels Implementation:
  • Install and configure Meta Pixels on various websites and applications via Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Meta Pixel functionality and data discrepancies.
  • Define and set up custom conversions to track specific user actions that align with business goals.
Custom Audiences and Lists:
  • Develop and manage custom audiences based on pixel data for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Use pixel data to create and update client lists for personalized advertising strategies.
Staying Updated:
  • Stay updated with Meta's advertising practices and updates.
  • Implement new strategies and tools as they become available to enhance tracking and marketing capabilities.
Internal Collaboration:
  • Collaborate internally with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Meta Pixels and ad campaigns.
  • Work closely with the creative team for ad creatives development.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of agency experience managing 20+ accounts.
  • 3-4 years of copywriting and creative ad creation.
  • 3-4 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years in Facebook advertising campaign management.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager for multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in tracking setups, web campaign traffic analysis, and audience engagement metrics.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven campaign recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Experience in running video ads.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads) is a plus.
Additional Skills:
  • Media buying, planning, and creative strategy on Meta platforms.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Knowledge of Asana or similar project management software.
  • Experience with Canva for creative development.
  • Copywriting and editing skills.
